  1. I think you are an amazing person. You have had a life that may not have been the ay you had have wished it to be but you have come out with a great attitude and a wonderful appreciation for what you have been through and for your mother who should always remain the most important person in your life. Also thanks for sharing the love.

  2. What an amazing chat. Thanks for taking time to answer your fans’ questions. It’s interesting to know your job and your point of view on it. Thanks for telling us more about MS. I think it’s important to tell people, because who knows tomorrow it can happen to us, or to someone we know.
You’re a great guy, and your mum can be proud of you. You’re right, being positive, helps you realizing your dreams, you always have to believe in yourself and if it doesn’t the way you want, it’s simply because something better is waiting for you. You’re a great example of that. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I, as many of your fans looking forward to your next chat. Take care of you and your mum. xoxo

  3. It’s always great to see the person behind the characters. It’s easy to get caught up in the character and expect to see “Derek Morgan” when you see the actor (especially after 8 seasons), but its awesome to see that in this case the actor is just as (if not miles more) sincere and down to earth. Thanks for sharing and connecting with your fans.

  4. absolutely loved watching this video Shemar. You’re really a neat guy. Keep up the great work on Criminal Minds. It just happens to be my FAVORITE show EVER! Hugs to you and all the cast. You guys make my Wednesday’s really special!

was said at the end of the show,it made me realize why I dont drink ,smoke or do drugs,I have spent my life trying to treat others the way I wanted to be treated,I tought my 2 kids about yes touch and no touch, but the bad part is I marred a man who mentally abused me,, and when I escaped him,I lost everything I owned,I had nothing no money no place to live,no cloths, but I started over ,I have a nice apt ,but I cant have my dog here,my brother took her for mew, he also gave me almost everything I have here now, I am disabled and stuck on assistance, I have PTSD, from the abuse I survived, , as well as being hit by a car, in 2007 ,I have 3 compressed disks in my spine, and nerve damage in my left arm, I live in pain,I wont take pain meds ,my x was an pill popper, my dad was an alcoholic, my mom new about my being abused and said to people I was restarted so no one would believe me, yet I am still sane and stronger for it all, I dont understand why so many lose it when they get hurt ,my life has been hell, and Im still me, why I often ask am I still here ,I love the show ,and the people you all portray ,I want to thank you for taking me to that place where I can escape ,or see stories I can almost relate to ,

maybe you all can do something about PTSD, and the people like me who have if from being abused,I tried to get support for it ,but there is non out there,no one talks about it,

  11. I just wanted to say that I am lucky to be in Canada and got to watch #RESTORATION last night. You did a fantastic job at capturing that moment when Derek finds out that Buford is dead. I remember all to well the moment when my abuser died. It is a very deep moment and I felt it with Derek. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job. Criminal Minds is my favorite show. Thank you!!!!!

  12. How does your woman of dreams look? What should she have for a Charackter? sry if the grammar isn´t right…. lovely greetz from germany ……. your german synchronous voice sounds so male like your real voice. I love your real voice :-)

  13. You talk about how the stories are based in reality but are fiction obviously, but the one with the pig farmer, I have to say was the hardest one for me to watch. “To Hell…And Back” was based on the story of Robert Pickton the serial killer in Vancouver. My oldest sister was pulled into the Prostitution trade in Vancouver when she was young, and she has been missing since the late 80`s. It is believed she was one of Pickton`s victims even though her DNA was never found there. I have been a loyal watcher of Criminal Minds since the beginning and I absolutely love the show. I saw you on the Ellen D show where you talked about your mom and how she has MS and your obvious love for her. You said something about her, that “she`s cracked a lil bit but she`s not broken”. It was so beautiful. I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease which is a hereditary Motor sensory neuropathy. It affects the nerves and muscles of the person affected as well as balance and coordination. I laughed when you said that about your mother and I looked at my kids and said “there, I`m not broken, just a little cracked!” haha. Just keep being you, the original Shemar Moore and I will love you always. :)

  14. I think it’s great that you thank all your fans for your fame. I think you are an amazing actor, I enjoy watching you on Criminal Minds. My question to you is what is the best part of playin Derek Morgan?

Shemar this is a wonderful video. It’s good for the fans to see that you and other actors are regular people with a job to do and some of the same concerns that we have. Thanks for the video and taking time for your fans. I love the apparel that you are putting out and the fund raising that you are doing for MS. PS: your momma is right- she sure made a beautiful baby.
