Making The Most Of The Beach This SummerOne of Shemar Moore’s favorite places to spend his time is at the beach, and in order to have a safe and fun beach day, it’s important to keep some things in mind. While the beach is an excellent place to spend a lazy summer day with family or friends, spending all of that time out in the sun can quickly become dangerous, so it is always best to make sure you’re prepared for your next day out on the shore!

Protective eyewear is undoubtedly important when it comes to making the most of a beach trip, and Shemar Moore certainly knows the importance of a high quality pair of sunglasses! The next time you pack up to hit the sand, make sure that you take with you a pair of high quality sunglasses which block both UVA and UVB rays in order to keep your eyes protected from the sun. On the plus side, great sunglasses make an even greater accessory, so you can look stylish while keeping yourself safe and comfortable!

On top of protecting your eyes is protecting your skin, and the sun can be a big catalyst when it comes to dangerous skin cancers. No matter the time you plan to spend in the sun, it is important to make sure to apply a high quality sunscreen in order to protect your skin from the damages it can receive from the sun’s harsh rays. Even if the sunscreen is a lower SPF, it can still provide for you the protection that you need, and having a little is always better than wearing none at all! It is also recommended that higher SPF forms of sunscreen be worn on the face, as this is a highly sensitive area, and doing so can even prevent signs of aging.

While the beach is a great place to spend a summer day, it is important to always keep protected, and even Shemar knows that the only way to have a fun beach day is to have a safe beach day!

Falta algo importante la protección solar hay que aplicarla al menos 1 hora antes de la exposición solar. Vivo a orillas del Mediterráneo y tenemos una alta cultura del mar y el sol. Besitos para todos

Learn something new. I didn’t know you can put sunscreen on your face. I have to be careful with that one because my face is so sensitive but definitely worth looking into. Thanks for the information Shemar.
